ปฏิบัติงานที่ศูนย์ธุรกิจของธนาคาร โดยการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ การให้บริการ ให้คำแนะนำ รายงานข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำแผนการขอสินเชื่อ พร้อมทั้งกำหนดโอกาสในการเพิ่มสัดส่วนการให้บริการในผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆกับกลุ่มลูกค้าผู้ประกอบการ
สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท จากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ บัญชี การเงินและการธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ชาย หรือ หญิง สัญชาติไทย สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท จากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ บัญชี การเงินและการธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
หากมีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อธุรกิจ การดูแลความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า สินเชื่อ การเงิน การขาย และการตลาด จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะด้านการขาย มีใจให้บริการ และมีทักษะเป็นเลิศในการสื่อความและการติดต่อกับผู้อื่น
- Manage business relationship with KBank's Japanese coporate clients and offer the intergrated financial solution under customers' needs in order to enhance customers' profitability.
- Co-analyse the customers' need, associated risk and company status to develop the financial solution proposition under asset quality management.
- Coordinate with the related departments in marketing and servicing the customers
- Perform the closely credit monitoring in compliance with the bank's policies and guidances.
Master or Bachelor degree in Business Management field from Japanese University
- Excellent command of written and spoken Japanese language (JLPT level N2 or N1 only)
- Master or Bachelor degree in business management field from Japanese university.
- Having 2-5 years of experience in Financial or Banking industry.
- บริหารระบบและกระบวนการบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- รับผิดชอบงานบริหารบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพสูงและแผนสืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Talent Management & Succession Plan)
- รวมทั้งโครงการ Engagement & Retention
- ดูแลงบประมาณและการจัดการ Recognition Program
Master's degree in MBA, Human Resource Management, Finance or related fields
· Experienced in Talent management, identify talent/LDP, performance management at least 7 years
· Good command in English
· Excellent in Excel (be able to use Vlookup and Pivot Table)
· Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communications skills; maturity and ability to interact responsively and tactfully with staff at all levels
· High achievement drive and good teamwork player
